
Role Description
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enhance or embark on a Leisure & Spa career within the hotel sector. Marriott are renowned for its training and progression opportunities and invite candidates to apply with or without previous experience of Country Club operations, you must however be a passionate and dedicated team player that excels in customer service.
The role is multifunctional and requires a can-do attitude to team and guest needs. Responsibilities include opening and closing the club, working with the team to ensure suitable levels of supervision and safety is always maintained. To support the cleaning and spa reception team to provide appropriate levels of sanitization and stock management of all public fitness & spa facilities, including locker rooms, fitness zones, lounge & spa areas. The role responsibilities include regular pool and spa testing procedures and pool/spa water management responsibilities, full training with recognised qualifications in pool water treatment, first aid and pool responder training will be provided to the right candidate.

Be prepared and willing to work on a shift pattern rota that includes 8 hour shifts between 05:30am & 10:00pm, Including some weekends and bank holidays.

The role of Leisure and Spa assistant requires essential qualifications in lifeguarding, pool water management and first aid, full training will be provided to the right candidate. Candidates working within Marriott must embrace and attend comprehensive training when required.
