Role Description
First impressions are everything. As a Spa Therapist, you will responsible for providing exceptional treatment experiences and create unforgettable moments for our guests in line with our Fairmont brand standards.
What you will be doing:
Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols.
Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatment
Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
Your team and working environment:
Working alongside the Spa team of receptionists and fitness instructors in a team environment
Role Requirements
Availability to work Monday – Friday and weekends and holiday periods.
Experience: Beauty Therapy HNC/HND/ Level 3 /ITEC
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
