The Spa Receptionist as guided by the Spa Supervisor will deliver the standards of So Spa etiquette and service in all interactions with guests and staff. Responsible for providing all guests with customized, personal attention, anticipating guest’s needs, escorting guests to the appropriate service area and addressing the extra details is essential.
It is the responsibility of this person to be the first face of So Spa and uphold the ideals of So Spa philosophy ensuring that guests feel comfortable, relaxed and informed. The ability to graciously respond to guests is essential. The Spa Receptionist must show maturity in making decisions and advising the guest when not under supervision of spa leadership and work to resolve guest challenges. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for developing a professional rapport with each guest to help build trust and brand loyalty as well as generate more in-depth information for the client records. Must be knowledgeable of all spa services and pricing be comfortable answering questions and use proper telephone etiquette at all times. Be responsible for taking reservations, making suggestions and suggestive selling of services and retail items at each opportunity.
Use proper etiquette and professionalism at all times. Look for every opportunity to suggest new and enhanced guest experiences. Communicate housekeeping and maintenance needs through the proper channels. Assist team members where needed in all aspects of the business operation.
