The Process:

  • Spa or Hotel & Spa Guest Audit must have been conducted no more than 2 months beforehand

  • Spa Manager or appropriate Team Member must be Assigned to Assist with Operations Audit

  • The audit can take a full day (or longer) depending on the size of your operation

  • Your report will be shared via e-mail within 72hours

Pricing - USD*:

  • $1,550 

  • $1,710 when booked with Spa Guest Experience Audit (save 10%)

  • $1,955 when booked with Hotel & Spa Guest Experience Audit (save 15%)

* For Spas outside of Dubai, travel costs and an additional overnight stay may be required

After conducting a Spa Guest Experience Audit. we take a look under the hood to see how efficiently and effectively your Spa is operating.
